Your session begins with a 15 minute consultation to assess your present needs allowing us to delve into the Solfeggio frequency your souls are craving together. Sharing your intentions during this time allows me to customize this guided 30 to 45-minute sauna immersion to one of the ten customized frequencies I work with. Is it better communication you need? Maybe your souls are craving understating and connection. The chosen frequency will match both of your unique needs, ensuring a holistic and soulful retreat that resonates with your journey.
